CNC Machinist
Overview:
TK Machining Specialties is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components. If you’re detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable reading engineering drawings, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate CNC machines to meet production specs and schedules

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models
-
Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to ensure part accuracy

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
-
Conduct in-process and final quality checks
-
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and efficiency
-
Apply lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and increase output
What We’re Looking For:
-
3+ years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
-
Proficiency in machine setup, operation, and adjustments
-
Experience with milling and turning strongly preferred
-
Strong blueprint reading and documentation skills
-
Familiarity with quality control procedures and in-process inspection
-
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles a plus

Competency using hand tools and precision measuring instruments

CNC Machine Operator
Overview:
TK Machining Specialties is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to support our production team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow, contribute to high-quality work, and gain valuable experience in modern manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:

Operate CNC machines to support production workflows

Measure and saw raw materials for jobs

Perform grinding, lapping, deburring, media blasting, and part cleaning

Laser engrave and package finished components
-
Support daily/weekly machine maintenance
-
Run occasional shop errands as needed
What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
-
Familiarity with in-process inspection techniques a plus
-
Solid math and reading comprehension skills

Organized, professional, and self-motivated

Must provide professional references
